John Pasmakian,

I am writing you this letter just to let you know that Sam and Antonio, the installers of the fence and electric gate, did a wonderful job.  Both Sam and Antonio were very polite and courteous and represented Vinyl Concepts in a very professional manner. I wish to thank them for a job well done!!  I believe that Sam and Antonio are a great addition to your work force!!

I would also like to let you know that my salesman Maurice was a total pleasure to work with!!  He was very helpful in making all this happen!!  He also represents Vinyl Concepts in a very professional and courteous manner and he is a no pressure salesman with is a pleasure to me and a pleasure to work with.
