Dave Umholtz was a terrific sales rep. Honest, knowledgeable, helpful & thorough. The 2 gentleman who did the installation, showed up on time, worked VERY hard to make sure everything was done correctly & cleaned up the area completely before leaving. The gates are beautiful! Dear Vic,

Paul and I wanted to thank you and Vinyl Concepts for a job well done.

We are very happy with the pergola that was installed last week in our backyard.  The workers who did the installation showed up when scheduled, were polite, very skilled and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left a the end of the day. 

In addition, Vinyl Concepts was kind enough to set up an electrician and his crew to complete the project by providing electrical wiring for the four overhead lamps.  The electrician, Art, and his grew were great – they took care to make sure that the wiring was concealed by the lattice of the pergola so it would not be unsightly, and worked very quickly and in a very competent manner.

Finally, we found the pricing you gave us to be extremely competitive, and were so please by the quality of your work, and by the friendliness of your staff.

Since I know Vinyl Concepts is new in the South Bay, please fell free to put us on your list for references for your customers in the South Bay.  In addition, if you would like any of your customers to view the work done by your crews, we would be happy to accommodate them.

Just wanted to let Vinyl Concepts know how much we love your new Vinyl Patio cover. Vick Zargaryan was excellent and very courteous and showed us various photos of patio covers that would work best for our patio.

Dear Mr. John Pasmakian:

We recently had installed at our home a very large patio cover from your company.
We are more than happy with the work and the whole business transaction.

Jimmy Jones was the representative that worked with us from the beginning to the end.  He was extremely patient and professional.  In fact, I gave Jimmy Jones’ card and brochure to our Landscaper (Mr. John Bauman) this past week for clients that ask him about fences, patio covers, gazebos, etc. I told Mr. Bauman that I would have no problem to recommend jimmy and the installer that did our patio.  The installers were excellent as well.  I am sorry that I cannot recall their names.

Please let Jimmy Jones and the two installers that worked here on our patio know how very pleased we are.  Unfortunately, when they finished the job, we were not here, and did not have the opportunity to thank them properly.

It is so nice to do business with such ease and have such a great result, and know that you can actually recommend Jimmy and crew to anyone anytime.
